We did not start at Phoenix Settlement. We did not finish at Kings Park stadium. Instead we walked from Amphitheatre on the beachfront along the promenade to uShaka Beach and back- a total of 5km.<\/p>\n<p>Many new walkers joined in. Many youth were part of the walk. The walk was short and so the real walkers did not enjoy the short distance. A new group of people joined us. We had over 800 people and the feed back was very positive.<\/p>\n<p>The message of Sowing the seeds of peace, nonviolence and ubuntu was very prominent and thousands were exposed to it through the banners, through the T-shirts and through our hand held posters.\u00a0\u00a0 The purpose of the march to spread this message was certainly achieved.
