A programme <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">of <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">13 lesson in line with a training manual focusing on three key aspects:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Conflict Identification&amp; Management<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Communication<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Assertiveness<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Began in May 2016. This programme provides learners with skills to identify forms of discrimination and prejudice in their lives as well as in themselves and therefore works towards giving them the necessary tools to change themselves and improve the environment they live and learn in. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In addition the training focuses on HIV\/AIDS, domestic violence and issues of diversity. After three years of training involving thousands of students from over 50 schools we decided to focus on a fewer numbers and work intensively with them with the idea of developing leadership skills in the students and thereby training peers. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The certificate handing is the outcome of this intense programme.
